- Provide technical support to customers using our IN-Manager system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SQL, PLSQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Performance Tuning, Autosys, and ITIL.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve system bugs and improve system performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our system and services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the IN-Manager system.
- Train and support new team members on the IN-Manager system and related technologies.
- Create and maintain scripts for automated tasks and processes.
- Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of the IN-Manager system with other systems and applications.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on system performance and support activities.
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the IN-Manager system and assist in its continuous development and improvement.
Proficiency In Sql: A Critical Qualification For An In-Manager Support Role At Blue Yonder, Inc. Is Strong Proficiency In Sql. This Includes The Ability To Write Complex Queries, Create And Modify Database Structures, And Troubleshoot Performance Issues.
Knowledge Of Plsql: Along With Sql, A Strong Understanding Of Plsql Is Essential For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Write Stored Procedures, Functions, And Triggers, As Well As Optimize Sql Statements For Performance.
Experience With Unix Shell Scripting: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Also Have Experience With Unix Shell Scripting. This Includes The Ability To Write And Debug Shell Scripts, As Well As Automate Routine Tasks.
Performance Tuning Skills: As An In-Manager Support, It Is Important To Have A Deep Understanding Of Performance Tuning Techniques. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Resolve Performance Issues, Optimize Database And Application Performance, And Recommend Hardware And Software Upgrades.
Familiarity With Autosys: Blue Yonder, Inc. Uses Autosys As Its Job Scheduling And Management Tool. Therefore, It Is Important For The In-Manager Support To Have Knowledge And Experience With Autosys, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot Job Failures And Schedule New Jobs.
Itil Certification: An Itil Certification Is Highly Desirable For This Role As It Demonstrates An Understanding Of It Service Management Best Practices.
