Director, Technical Documentation

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of technical documentation strategies and initiatives. As a Director, you will be an integral part of the team that drives the success of our products.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical writing role. You should also have experience in leading technical writing teams, developing and implementing documentation strategies, and working with different stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Technical Documentation team, ensuring team members are able to produce accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
2. Develop, implement, and execute technical documentation strategies and initiatives.
3. Work with different stakeholders to ensure technical documentation meets their needs.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
5. Monitor progress of team members and document progress.
6. Create and maintain documentation standards.
7. Resolve technical documentation issues.
8. Identify areas of improvement in technical documentation processes.
9. Participate in the development of new products and services.
10. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
