- Develop and manage the customer reference program for Blue Yonder, including identifying potential reference customers, obtaining their consent, and overseeing the creation and distribution of reference assets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand customer success stories and achievements and develop compelling reference materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage participation in the reference program and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize reference needs and align them with business objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer reference activities such as case studies, testimonials, videos, and speaking opportunities.
- Monitor and track the usage and effectiveness of reference materials and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a database of reference customers and their success stories to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Train and educate internal teams on the value of customer references and how to effectively leverage them in their respective roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer reference management and implement them in the program.
- Continuously measure and report on the impact of the customer reference program on business growth and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Reference Or Advocacy Roles
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills
Experience Working With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software And Data Management Tools
