Job Description

JDA Software is currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team.

  • Process Billing from Workday
  • Management of customer invoicing portals
  • Gain understanding of the multiple product types
  • Learn the contract entry system
  • Process special billing requests out of Tenrox
  • Handle corrections arising from Customer support review and billing review
  • Process and distribution of multiple invoice types
  • Bi-Weekly Time and Expense processing.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with billing and contracts

  • Knowledge of accounting processes realted to billing

  • Able to work overtime during month/quarter end
