Responsibilities of a Talent Advisor:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers to provide guidance and advice on the development, recruitment, and selection of the workforce.

6. Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and select qualified candidates.
7. Create and maintain records related to recruitment activity, applicant tracking, and selection process.
8. Source, qualify, and manage relationships with external recruiters.
9. Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates.
10. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruiting initiatives.
