Talent Advisor

The Talent Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support for our entire organization, ensuring our employees have the resources and tools they need to succeed. 7. Develop and monitor employee recruitment and retention strategies.
8. Monitor and analyze data related to employee engagement and performance.
9. Consult with and advise leadership teams on HR-related issues.
10. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale.
