Talent Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees, such as through performance evaluation systems, employee development programs, and onboarding initiatives.
2. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and assess their fit with the organization.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help them to identify suitable candidates.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on talent-related topics, such as performance management, career development, and succession planning.
5. Monitor trends in the recruitment industry and recommend best practices for improving the organization’s recruitment processes.
6. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
7. Create job descriptions and postings, and manage job boards.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and other potential sources of talent.
9. Stay up-to-date on applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and selection.
10. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure the organization is meeting its objectives.
