Provider Relations Representative, Senior

We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and detail-oriented Senior Provider Relations Representative to join Blue Shield of California's Provider Relations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of providers and help ensure successful partnerships with our clients. To excel in this position, you should have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a customer service-oriented attitude.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field. In addition, you should have a robust understanding of healthcare provider operations and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
