Program Manager, Senior

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the team at Blue Shield of California and help lead our development and implementation of programs that will enhance our members' experiences. The ideal candidate should have a passion for managing complex projects and possess an in-depth understanding of change management. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of programs to enhance members’ experiences.
2. Manage multiple complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage projects.
4. Establish and monitor project timelines and budgets.
5. Ensure projects are executed according to project plans and objectives.
6. Develop plans to evaluate the success of projects.
7. Manage change control processes to ensure appropriate oversight and approval.
8. Identify and analyze potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
9. Facilitate meetings and team discussions to ensure collaboration and alignment of team members.
10. Prepare and present reports on project progress and results to stakeholders.
