Program Manager, Senior

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Program Manager to join our team at Blue Shield of California. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that goals are met on time and on budget.To be successful in this role, the Senior Program Manager must possess the following qualifications: a minimum of 8 years of program/project management experience in a corporate environment; a Bachelor's degree in a related field; prior experience leading cross-functional teams; and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience developing and delivering presentations, and have a track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects.
