Program Manager, Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager/Consultant to join the Blue Shield of California team! In this role, you will be responsible for the successful management of our programs and will act as an internal consultant to our teams and partners.This position requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and can work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
