Program Manager, Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager and Consultant to join the Blue Shield of California team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing organizational and departmental projects and initiatives from conception to successful completion. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for health care.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of program management and consulting experience in a health care setting, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders. 4. Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
6. Develop and maintain project management tools and software.
7. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify solutions to complex problems.
8. Prepare project reports and presentations as necessary.
9. Work closely with project team to ensure successful completion of projects.
10. Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
