Pharmacist, Principal

The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the Pharmacy Department. In this role, you will create and implement strategies to ensure the highest standards of patient-focused care, and promote a positive and successful working environment.To be successful in this role, you must have an advanced degree in Pharmacy, possess a valid state license in Pharmacy, and have at least five years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role. You must also have a proven track record of making sound decisions and be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:

6. Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics.
7. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
8. Provide staff training and guidance.
9. Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and partners.
10. Monitor emerging trends in the pharmacy industry and develop strategies to address them.
