Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs that ensure compliance with applicable laws. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of healthcare compliance laws and regulations, and must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, law, or related field• 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance• Thorough knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations• Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

6. Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on healthcare compliance issues.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
8. Investigate potential areas of non-compliance and take steps to mitigate risks.
9. Provide advice and support to other departments on healthcare compliance matters.
10. Monitor and review healthcare compliance trends and changes in applicable laws.
