We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Healthcare Compliance Specialist to ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of healthcare compliance laws and regulations, and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The Healthcare Compliance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs that ensure compliance with applicable laws. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of healthcare compliance laws and regulations, and must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, law, or related field• 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance• Thorough knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations• Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to healthcare.
  2. Develop and implement healthcare compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  3. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  4. Identify potential areas of non-compliance and propose solutions to rectify them.
  5. Develop and present reports on healthcare compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on healthcare compliance issues.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  8. Investigate potential areas of non-compliance and take steps to mitigate risks.
  9. Provide advice and support to other departments on healthcare compliance matters.
  10. Monitor and review healthcare compliance trends and changes in applicable laws.
