
Site Training Coordinator
Develops and administers training programs to aid in the delivery of Safety, Quality, Service, Performance, and People objectives for the Site. Engages with subject matter experts to evaluate and improve existing training programs to meet and exceed all safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork standards. Works with operations management, maintenance management, safety, and quality representatives as well as operators to develop training materials, job aids, and administrative documents for production training programs. Consults with team leaders and managers to assess safety and training needs and develop programs as necessary. Creates a standardized approach to technical training for departments within Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehousing. Determines metrics and key skill indicators to measure success, effectiveness and sustainability of training programs. Continually evaluate procedures and update process as needed. Maintain training materials for accuracy and relevance against a standard for content. Ensure tracking and documentation for all training.
3 years of production/operations training coordination experience.
Experience supporting training needs and developing appropriate participant and instructor materials.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts
Knowledge of food processing, packaging, sanitation, quality, and safety.
