Lead Facilities/Maintenance

Promotes a safety-first environment while following and enforcing all safety rules throughout the facility. Executes work in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements involving food safety and GMPs. Is a subject matter expert (SME) that supports and mentors all mechanic B employees and trainees to ensure work is completed in a correct manner. Executes assigned maintenance work orders including Preventative and Corrective Maintenance. Utilizes the CMMS system to request, complete and document work. Makes recommendations for PM adjustments and/or PM additions to equipment. Gives feedback and recommendations to Maintenance Team Lead on work plans and schedules, preventive maintenance updates, and outside services support requirements. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling equipment.
