- Manage and maintain accurate benefits data in Workday for all employees.
- Act as the main point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate support and guidance.
- Utilize your expertise in Workday and HRIS operations to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to benefits data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits data is accurately reflected in other HR systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for benefits data management in Workday.
- Train and onboard new HRIS team members on Workday and benefits operations processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on benefits data and processes, providing guidance and support to HR business partners and managers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
- Ensure all benefits-related communications and materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in the planning and execution of open enrollment and other benefits-related projects.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless benefits administration for employees.
- Uphold Bloomberg's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hris, Specifically In The Benefits Operations Module.
Strong Understanding Of Benefits Administration Processes And Regulations, Including Fmla, Cobra, And Aca.
Experience With Project Management And Implementing New Hris Systems Or Modules.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
