  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key telecommunications vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and products.
  2. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions for the company.
  3. Monitor vendor performance and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and reduce costs.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations to make informed decisions and recommendations for vendor partnerships.
  6. Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
  7. Manage vendor contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  8. Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop vendor management strategies to support those needs.
  9. Evaluate and select new vendors, conducting due diligence and negotiating terms to ensure the best fit for the company.
  10. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address any issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  11. Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on vendor performance, costs, and savings.
  13. Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to vendor management.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all vendor relationships.
  15. Mentor and train team members on vendor management best practices and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Technologies And Services, Including Voice, Data, And Network Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Vendor Negotiations And Contract Management, With A Focus On Cost Reduction And Service Level Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
