  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers, to identify and resolve technical issues.
  5. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and updates to ensure the ability to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
  6. Document and maintain records of technical support activities, including client interactions and issue resolutions.
  7. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
  8. Continuously improve and update processes and procedures for providing technical support to clients.
  9. Provide training and guidance to clients on new technology updates and features.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
