  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing Bloomberg's research services.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and customize research solutions for clients.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and trainings with clients to educate them on new features and updates.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  7. Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Bloomberg's research solutions.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports on client usage and satisfaction to senior management.
  11. Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to improve the overall client experience.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in client management.
  14. Travel to client sites as needed to provide in-person support and demonstrations.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Bloomberg, promoting our technology and research solutions to potential clients.
