  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of goods and services.
  2. Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  3. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and negotiations to improve pricing, terms, and overall value for the organization.
  4. Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategies to optimize supplier management processes.
  6. Use data and analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in procurement processes.
  7. Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or disputes and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier contracts, invoices, and payments.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supplier management strategies.
  10. Support the Finance & Administration team in budget management and forecasting related to supplier expenses.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.
  12. Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers and provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, related to supplier management.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company standards.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Supplier Management Or Procurement, Preferably In A Financial Or Technology Industry.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Understanding Of Financial Statements.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Knowledge Of Supplier Lifecycle Management Tools And Processes, Including Contract Management, Risk Assessment, And Performance Tracking.
