- Oversee all facilities operations in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, security, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall functionality and efficiency of our facilities in the region.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Monitor and track facilities budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations for budget adjustments.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any issues or areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to address them promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute office relocations, renovations, and expansions while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all facilities-related expenses, contracts, and inventory.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.
- Train and supervise a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on facilities operations, budget, and any significant issues or concerns.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in facilities management, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Handle any emergency situations related to facilities, such as power outages, building damage, or natural disasters.
- Uphold company values and promote a culture of excellence and accountability among all facilities staff.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In Southeast Asia.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Building Codes And Regulations In Southeast Asian Countries.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Diverse Team And Liaise With Stakeholders.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Facilities Plans And Budgets In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
