  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for private funds clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

  4. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues or concerns for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

  6. Train and educate clients on the use and functionality of our products, ensuring efficient and effective utilization.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.
  8. Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on the technical aspects of our products and services, providing guidance and advice to clients and internal teams.
  10. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate our products and services and address any technical questions or concerns.
