Senior Software Engineer - Search & Alerts

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about designing and developing search and alert systems to join our team at Bloomberg. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving the development of search and alert features that are critical for our customers. You will be responsible for designing and developing software that provides a world-class experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. You must also have 5+ years of software engineering experience with a solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, web technologies, and software design. Additionally, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the desire to stay current on technical trends and best practices.
