- Interpret regulatory changes: Analyze and interpret regulatory changes and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Advise internal stakeholders: Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on how to navigate complex and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance initiatives: Oversee and manage compliance initiatives to ensure they are in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets: Stay current on market trends and conditions to inform decision-making related to regulatory compliance.
- Conduct research and analysis: Utilize research and analytical skills to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams across the organization, such as legal, risk management, and operations, to ensure compliance efforts are coordinated and effective.
- Develop and implement compliance policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.

- Communicate effectively: Clearly and effectively communicate regulatory requirements and compliance updates to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert: Serve as a go-to resource for all compliance-related inquiries and provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams.
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks: Continuously assess and identify potential compliance risks and make recommendations for mitigating them.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Economics, Or Business.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Within The Financial Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Laws, Including Sec, Cftc, And Finra Rules.
Experience In Developing And Maintaining Compliance Programs And Policies.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
