Bloomberg is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Program Manager to join our Corporate Philanthropy team.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for philanthropic initiatives and partnerships in alignment with Bloomberg's corporate values and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of program managers to ensure successful execution of philanthropic projects.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with non-profit organizations, government entities, and other stakeholders to maximize impact and reach.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for external partners.
  5. Oversee the budget and resources for philanthropic programs, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds.
  6. Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying any issues and implementing solutions to ensure timely and successful completion.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate philanthropic initiatives with other areas of the company, such as marketing and communications.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in corporate philanthropy.
  9. Develop and maintain internal reporting processes to track program impact and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  10. Represent Bloomberg at conferences, events, and other public forums to promote the company's philanthropic efforts and build relationships with potential partners.
  11. Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to philanthropy to ensure compliance and ethical practices.
  12. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional development goals.
  13. Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of philanthropic initiatives.
  14. Communicate and reinforce Bloomberg's commitment to social responsibility and philanthropy both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Philanthropy, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Program Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Large-Scale Corporate Philanthropy Initiatives, Including Budget Management, Strategic Planning, And Cross-Functional Team Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Philanthropic Landscape, Including Current Trends, Best Practices, And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Internal Stakeholders, External Partners, And Community Organizations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, Or Social Sciences. Advanced Degree Or Relevant Certifications Preferred.
