In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to measure and analyze the performance of our advertising products. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and deliver impactful results. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in advertising, data science, and product management.   1. Develop and implement strategic solutions to measure and analyze the performance of Bloomberg's advertising products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Utilize data-driven decision making to inform product development and enhancements.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that will inform product strategy.
  5. Lead the development and launch of new advertising products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with company goals.
  6. Monitor the performance of existing advertising products and make recommendations for enhancements or updates.
  7. Work closely with data scientists to develop and implement advanced analytics and measurement techniques.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the advertising and data science fields.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers on the team.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Manage and prioritize product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and positioning for advertising products.
  14. Monitor and analyze product metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Proactively identify and address issues or challenges that may arise during product development and launch.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Advertising Measurement: A Senior Product Manager For Advertising Measurement And Data Science At Bloomberg Should Have A Strong Background In Advertising Measurement Techniques, Such As Attribution Modeling, Ad Effectiveness Measurement, And Media Mix Modeling. This Experience Should Be Demonstrated Through Previous Work Experience And Proven Success In Implementing These Techniques.

  • Data Science And Analytics Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Science And Analytics. This Includes Proficiency In Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, And Data Manipulation. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Insights And Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Product Management Experience: The Senior Product Manager Should Have Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Advertising Or Marketing Industry. This Includes Skills In Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, And Product Lifecycle Management. They Should Also Have A Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Product Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients To Ensure Alignment And Success Of The Product.

  • Industry Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Advertising And Media Industry Is Crucial For A Senior Product Manager In This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Key Players, And Emerging Technologies. The Candidate Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Challenges And Opportunities In The Industry, And Be Able To Use This Knowledge To Drive Product Innovation And Growth At Bloomberg.
