- Design and implement data management strategies to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for data optimization and integration.
- Lead the development and implementation of data mapping and transformation processes.
- Train and mentor junior ontologists and data management team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and ontology.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and policies.

- Participate in data quality assurance processes to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Extensive Knowledge Of Ontology Development: The Senior Ontologist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ontology Development Principles, Including Ontology Design, Implementation, And Maintenance. They Should Also Be Familiar With Ontology Languages Such As Owl, Rdf, And Rdfs.
Experience In Data Management: The Senior Ontologist Should Have A Strong Background In Data Management, Including Data Modeling, Data Integration, And Data Quality Assurance. They Should Also Be Proficient In Sql And Database Management Systems.
Familiarity With Semantic Web Technologies: The Senior Ontologist Should Be Well-Versed In Semantic Web Technologies, Including Rdf, Sparql, And Linked Data Principles. They Should Also Have Experience With Ontology Alignment And Mapping.
