
Sellside Risk (MARS) Account Manager

Bloomberg is seeking a Sellside Risk (MARS) Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our MARS (Market Analysis and Risk Surveillance) product line for sellside clients. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong background in financial markets and risk management. - Manage and grow the MARS product line for sellside clients, including developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to showcase the value and capabilities of the MARS product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in financial markets and risk management, and effectively communicate these insights to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure the MARS product meets the needs of clients and remains competitive in the market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and metrics to identify areas for improvement and upsell opportunities.
- Provide training and support to clients on the MARS product, including assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the MARS product and its capabilities, both internally and externally.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective messaging and materials for promoting the MARS product to sellside clients.
- Represent Bloomberg at industry events and conferences to network and promote the MARS product.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Bloomberg Terminal And Other Relevant Financial Software.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sellside Risk Management Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Risk Management Concepts.
