  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bloomberg's business processes, systems, and technology landscape.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and design and implement SAP SD and OTC solutions that meet those requirements.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and follow best practices.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SD and OTC, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  5. Lead and participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
  6. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and process flows.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to integrate new tools and technologies into the SAP landscape.
  9. Mentor and coach team members on SAP SD and OTC best practices and methodologies.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SAP landscape.
  11. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  13. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new SAP systems and tools.
  14. Provide support and guidance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting.
  15. Participate in on-call support and system maintenance activities as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Sd And Otc Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Sap Sales And Distribution (Sd) And Order-To-Cash (Otc) Functionalities, Including Pricing, Order Management, Billing, And Delivery Processes.

  • Proven Experience In Implementing Sap Sd/Otc Solutions: Candidates Must Have A Track Record Of Successfully Designing, Configuring, And Implementing Sap Sd/Otc Solutions In Large, Complex Organizations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Solutions Architect At Bloomberg Should Have The Ability To Analyze Complex Business Processes And Identify Areas For Improvement, As Well As Provide Effective Solutions To Address Those Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Business Stakeholders, Technical Teams, And External Vendors. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Manage Relationships With All Parties Involved.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Solutions Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects Related To Sap Sd/Otc Solutions. Therefore, Previous Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation, Is Essential.
