- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement customized reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into HR data, including but not limited to employee demographics, performance, and retention.
- Utilize your expertise in SAP BW and HR analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and strategy.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR reporting solutions, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics to continuously improve our reporting processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to integrate HR data with other systems and provide a holistic view of the organization.
- Train and support end-users on how to utilize and interpret HR reports and dashboards, ensuring their understanding and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Bloomberg's HR data strategy, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business success.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and systems, making recommendations and implementing changes as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sap Bw Reporting And Development, With A Focus On Human Resources Modules
Strong Understanding Of Hr Business Processes And Data Structures
Experience With Data Modeling, Data Extraction, And Etl Processes In Sap Bw
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Meaningful Insights For Hr Stakeholders.
