- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for them to leverage Bloomberg's products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to maximize their usage and understanding of Bloomberg's offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the financial market to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients on their usage and ROI of Bloomberg's products and services.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bloomberg, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain client information in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Bloomberg's values and mission in all client interactions.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve and enhance Bloomberg's products and services.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall client satisfaction and retention rates.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Bloomberg Products, Including Bloomberg Terminal And Bloomberg Professional Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-Level Clients And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth Through Building And Expanding Client Relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Cfa Designation Is A Plus.
