  1. Develop and maintain the technology infrastructure for the Quant Analytics team at Bloomberg.
  2. Utilize your strong background in C++ programming to design and implement efficient and reliable code.
  3. Collaborate with the Quant Analytics team to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C++ and financial markets to continuously improve our technology infrastructure.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the Quant Analytics team's tools and systems.
  6. Conduct thorough testing of new infrastructure developments to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  7. Work closely with other developers and teams at Bloomberg to integrate our infrastructure with existing systems.
  8. Document all code changes and updates to ensure transparency and maintainability.
  9. Provide support and assistance to the Quant Analytics team in utilizing the infrastructure for their quantitative strategies and models.
  10. Proactively identify and propose new ideas and improvements for the infrastructure to enhance efficiency and performance.
  11. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Bloomberg's data-driven finance initiatives and how the infrastructure supports them.
  13. Keep track of industry trends and best practices in quantitative development and apply them to our infrastructure as appropriate.
