Job Description

We are currently seeking a Procure to Pay Support - Finance & Administration Associate to join our team and support our finance and administration functions. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our procure to pay process. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in finance and administration to help us achieve our goals.   1. Manage and maintain the procure to pay process, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments, in an accurate and timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all procurement transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Assist with vendor management, including contract negotiations, supplier performance evaluation, and relationship management.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Provide support to the finance and administration team by preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
  7. Respond to and resolve any inquiries or issues related to the procure to pay process, both internally and externally.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and financial management, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and processes.
  9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive financial information.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial and administrative processes across the organization.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on the procure to pay process and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
  12. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or roadblocks in the procure to pay process and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to streamline and optimize the procure to pay process for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements, to ensure accurate and ethical financial practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Procurement Or Accounts Payable Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procure To Pay Processes And Systems.

  • Proficiency In Financial Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
