  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and development based on client feedback and market trends.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial industry and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Monitor and analyze client usage and provide strategic recommendations to increase product adoption and retention.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product updates and releases to clients.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials to promote PORT products.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure clients are in compliance when using PORT products.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to promote PORT products and network with potential clients.
  13. Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of PORT products.
  14. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the company's CRM system.
  15. Continuously monitor and report on key metrics and progress towards sales and growth targets.
