- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our portfolio and risk analytics solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our portfolio and risk analytics platform.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the PORT team.
- Represent Bloomberg at industry events and conferences, promoting our portfolio and risk analytics solutions and building brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Continuously gather feedback from clients and provide insights to internal teams for product enhancement and development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Travel to client sites as needed to cultivate and strengthen relationships.
