  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial industry, including banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
  2. Understand clients' needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique business goals.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Actively monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our portfolio and risk analytics solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.
  7. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our portfolio and risk analytics platform.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the PORT team.
  10. Represent Bloomberg at industry events and conferences, promoting our portfolio and risk analytics solutions and building brand awareness.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity in CRM systems.
  12. Continuously gather feedback from clients and provide insights to internal teams for product enhancement and development.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  14. Travel to client sites as needed to cultivate and strengthen relationships.
  15. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
