- Develop and implement strategies to optimize and improve the Source to Pay process for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Lead and inspire others to continuously improve and optimize procurement processes.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers to drive performance and cost efficiencies.
- Identify and implement best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
