- Develop and implement data-driven HR strategies: Utilize various data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform and improve our overall HR strategy.
- Conduct data analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to our workforce, including employee engagement, retention, diversity, and performance, to provide actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards: Develop and maintain visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate key HR metrics and trends to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and other teams to understand their needs and provide insights and data-driven solutions to support their decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR processes, policies, and programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR analytics to continuously improve our analytics capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity: Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Communicate insights and recommendations: Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive data literacy: Educate and train HR and business teams on how to interpret and use data to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with data and technology teams: Partner with data and technology teams to identify and implement tools and systems to optimize data collection, management, and analysis.
- Adhere to data privacy and security standards: Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security standards and regulations in handling sensitive HR data.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In People Analytics, Hr Data Analysis, Or A Similar Role.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Tools Such As Excel, Sql, R, Or Python.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
