  1. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for Bloomberg employees.
  2. Utilize knowledge and skills to effectively resolve technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with employees.
  4. Stay updated on latest technologies and tools used by Bloomberg to provide efficient support.
  5. Act as a point of contact for all on-site technical support needs and escalate issues as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
  7. Monitor and track support requests to ensure timely resolution and provide regular updates to employees.
  8. Train employees on using new technology and applications as needed.
  9. Document and maintain records of technical support requests and resolutions.
  10. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and provide suggestions for enhancing the overall IT support experience.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling technical support requests.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with challenging situations.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation and resolution of technical issues.
  14. Be available for after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical support.
