- Conduct legal negotiations on behalf of the company with clients, vendors, and other third parties, ensuring that all agreements are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Research and stay up-to-date on legal and compliance issues relevant to the company's operations and negotiate accordingly
- Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams to develop negotiation strategies and ensure consistency with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Review and analyze legal contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and negotiate favorable terms
- Maintain accurate and organized records of negotiation processes and outcomes
- Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's negotiations and make necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on legal and compliance matters related to negotiations
- Represent the company in legal disputes and participate in dispute resolution processes
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline negotiation processes and procedures.
A Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Legal Negotiations, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Legal And Compliance Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Resolve Conflicts.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating Complex Contracts And Agreements, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
