  1. Negotiate and draft legal agreements and contracts for the company, including but not limited to vendor contracts, client agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure all legal agreements meet the needs of the business and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and provide recommendations to support the negotiation process.
  4. Review and analyze existing contracts to identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  5. Communicate and negotiate with vendors, clients, and other parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Ensure all legal documents are accurately drafted, reviewed, and executed in a timely manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and legal best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  8. Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement negotiation strategies and policies.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal agreements and contracts.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other team members on legal negotiations and contract drafting.
