  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on global economic trends and events, with a focus on international markets.
  2. Write clear, concise, and accurate news stories on a variety of economic topics for Bloomberg's digital platform and multimedia channels.
  3. Develop and maintain a network of sources within the field of international economics to gather exclusive information and insights.
  4. Attend and report on major economic events and conferences, providing timely and in-depth coverage.
  5. Collaborate with editors, producers, and other team members to develop and execute story ideas.
  6. Monitor and track market movements and developments, providing context and analysis for a global audience.
  7. Identify and pitch unique and compelling economic stories that will resonate with Bloomberg's audience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current events and news related to international economics, and use this knowledge to inform and enhance reporting.
  9. Utilize data and visual storytelling techniques to present complex economic concepts in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
  10. Work with multimedia teams to produce engaging and informative videos, podcasts, and other multimedia content related to international economics.
  11. Adhere to ethical and journalistic standards, ensuring accuracy and fairness in all reporting.
  12. Represent Bloomberg at events and conferences, building relationships and establishing the brand as a leader in economic journalism.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and innovate in reporting methods and storytelling techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Economics Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Journalism Or Reporting, Preferably In The Field Of International Economics

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Economic Trends And Policies, Including Trade, Finance, And Development

  • Demonstrated Ability To Write Clear, Concise, And Engaging Articles On Complex Economic Topics

  • Excellent Communication And Networking Skills, With The Ability To Cultivate And Maintain Relationships With Key Sources And Experts In The Field Of International Economics.
