  1. Collaborate with leaders in the news and media industry to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  4. Coach and mentor managers on effective people management and development practices.
  5. Conduct workforce planning and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
  6. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  7. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  8. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's HR practices are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  10. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  11. Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on career development, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  13. Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR processes and practices.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Media Or News Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Overall Business Goals And Objectives
