
Head of Risk and Compliance Employee Training - Legal & Compliance

- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee training program focused on risk and compliance, in line with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to identify training needs and ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Lead and manage a team of trainers and training coordinators to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk and compliance training to continuously improve the training program.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all employees, at all levels, receive appropriate and timely training.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and track employee training progress and maintain accurate records of training completion.
- Communicate training requirements and updates to employees and managers, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on risk and compliance training, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Constantly promote a culture of compliance and continuous learning throughout the organization.
- Identify and address any gaps or areas of improvement in the training program and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Act as the main point of contact for all risk and compliance training-related inquiries and escalations.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on best practices and network with other professionals in the field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Risk And Compliance Regulations: A Successful Head Of Risk And Compliance Employee Training Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Relevant Laws And Regulations In The Financial Industry, Including But Not Limited To Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy, And Fraud Prevention.
Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs: This Role Requires Experience In Designing And Implementing Effective Training Programs For Employees At All Levels, From New Hires To Senior Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Creating Engaging And Informative Training Materials.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As The Head Of Risk And Compliance Employee Training, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Delivering Training Sessions To Large Groups Of Employees. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Engage The Audience.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Involves Identifying Potential Risks And Compliance Issues Within The Company And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Them. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Critically To Identify Potential Problems And Develop Solutions.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Head Of Risk And Compliance Employee Training Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Trainers And Coordinating With Various Departments Within The Company. Therefore, Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role Is Crucial, Along With Excellent Organizational And Interpersonal Skills.
