  1. Develop and implement risk and compliance policies and procedures to ensure Bloomberg remains compliant with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, and proactively identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks across the organization.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Communicate policies and procedures to employees and provide training to promote understanding and compliance.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to continuously improve risk and compliance policies.
  7. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement a risk management strategy.
  8. Provide guidance and support to business units on risk and compliance matters.
  9. Maintain and update risk and compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization.
  11. Coordinate and liaise with external regulatory bodies and auditors as needed.
  12. Identify and implement best practices for risk management and compliance.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk and compliance.
  14. Contribute to the development and execution of risk and compliance training programs.
  15. Collaborate with global risk and compliance teams to ensure consistency and alignment of policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management And Compliance, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant International Regulations And Standards, Such As Gdpr, Fcpa, And Aml.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders Across Different Regions And Cultures.
