
Executive Assistant - Finance & Administration

- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of senior executives.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to assist in decision making.
- Prepare and review documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for senior executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Monitor and manage expenses and budgets for senior executives.
- Act as a liaison between senior executives and other departments within the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and news to provide relevant information to senior executives.
- Take on special projects and tasks as assigned by senior executives.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless support for senior executives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As An Executive Assistant, Preferably In A Finance Or Administration Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Experience In Budget Management.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Executives And Other Team Members.
