  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote and sell Bloomberg's Trade Order Management System (TOMS) to sell-side financial institutions.
  2. Prospect, generate and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients' needs and requirements to tailor sales presentations and proposals.
  4. Utilize a consultative approach to identify clients' pain points and offer solutions that meet their specific business needs.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on TOMS and other Bloomberg products, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within sell-side financial institutions.
  8. Negotiate and close sales deals, adhering to Bloomberg's pricing and contract policies.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  10. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes, and actively contribute to the development of the sales team.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Bloomberg in a positive manner at all times.
  14. Represent Bloomberg at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  15. Collaborate with the client services team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of TOMS for new clients.
  16. Maintain a deep understanding of the financial industry and stay informed about regulatory changes that may affect clients' trading needs.
  17. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Bloomberg.
  18. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Financial Industry: A Successful Enterprise Sales - Sell-Side Trading Solutions, Toms Sales Representative At Bloomberg Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Sector, Including The Sell-Side Trading Market And Trade Order Management Systems. This Knowledge Will Enable The Sales Representative To Effectively Communicate And Sell Bloomberg’s Toms Solution To Potential Clients.

  • Proven Track Record In Enterprise Sales: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Success In Enterprise Sales, Preferably In The Financial Technology Industry. This Includes A Proven Ability To Identify And Secure New Business Opportunities, As Well As A Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Representative Of Bloomberg, The Enterprise Sales - Sell-Side Trading Solutions, Toms Sales Representative Should Have Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate The Benefits Of Bloomberg’s Toms Solution To Potential Clients And Effectively Demonstrate Its Value Proposition.

  • Strong Technical Acumen: Toms Is A Complex Trade Order Management System, And The Sales Representative Should Have A Strong Technical Aptitude To Understand And Effectively Communicate Its Functionality And Features To Potential Clients. This Includes A Solid Understanding Of How Toms Integrates With Other Systems And The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.

  • Client Relationship Management Skills: The Enterprise Sales - Sell-Side Trading Solutions, Toms Sales Representative Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients. This Requires Strong Relationship Management Skills, Including The Ability To Identify And Address Client Needs, Provide Excellent Customer Service, And Foster Long-Term Partnerships With Clients.
