Job Description

We are looking for a highly-motivated Employee Relations Partner - Human Resources to join our team and support the development of positive employee relations at all levels of the organization.The successful candidate will be an experienced human resources professional with a proven track record of partnering with leadership to promote positive employee relations initiatives. They will be a strategic thinker with a passion for employee relations and a commitment to upholding our company’s core values of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in human resources or employee relations. They should also have a strong understanding of labor law and a solid knowledge of relevant human resources and employee relations policies and procedures. The successful candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven ability to collaborate successfully with all organizational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with leadership to develop and implement positive employee relations initiatives.
  2. Provide strategic guidance to leadership in order to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee relations.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with all organizational stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s core values.
  4. Monitor employee relations trends and provide updates to leadership on any potential issues.
  5. Manage the resolution of employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Research and interpret relevant labor laws and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  7. Develop and implement effective human resources and employee relations policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Develop and deliver employee relations training programs as needed.
  10. Provide advice and guidance to management on employee relations best practices.
