
Employee Relations Partner - Human Resources

We are looking for a highly-motivated Employee Relations Partner - Human Resources to join our team and support the development of positive employee relations at all levels of the organization.The successful candidate will be an experienced human resources professional with a proven track record of partnering with leadership to promote positive employee relations initiatives. They will be a strategic thinker with a passion for employee relations and a commitment to upholding our company’s core values of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in human resources or employee relations. They should also have a strong understanding of labor law and a solid knowledge of relevant human resources and employee relations policies and procedures. The successful candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven ability to collaborate successfully with all organizational stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement positive employee relations initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership in order to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee relations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all organizational stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s core values.
- Monitor employee relations trends and provide updates to leadership on any potential issues.
- Manage the resolution of employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Research and interpret relevant labor laws and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Develop and implement effective human resources and employee relations policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and deliver employee relations training programs as needed.
- Provide advice and guidance to management on employee relations best practices.
Excellent Communication
