Join our dynamic team at Bloomberg as an Electronic Trading Sales, Sell Side Relationship Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our electronic trading platform's market share among our sell-side clients.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for our electronic trading platform among sell-side clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with sell-side clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their trading objectives.
  3. Communicate the value and capabilities of our electronic trading platform to sell-side clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales materials.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the sell-side market.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
  6. Conduct regular market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on electronic trading technology and be able to effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients.
  9. Represent Bloomberg at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our electronic trading platform and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Electronic Trading Platforms And Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Electronic Trading Platforms And Products, Including Fixed Income, Equities, And Foreign Exchange. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Propositions Of These Products To Clients.

  • Proven Sales And Relationship Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Selling Electronic Trading Solutions And Managing Client Relationships In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Long-Term Partnerships With Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Markets, Including Trading Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Anticipate Market Trends And Regulatory Changes That May Impact Client Needs And Proactively Offer Solutions.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Sales And Relationship Manager, The Candidate Will Need To Analyze Client Needs And Identify Opportunities For Cross-Selling And Upselling. They Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise, Demonstrating Strong Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field: While Not Always Required, A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Of Study Is Often Preferred For This Role. A Strong Academic Background In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Can Demonstrate The Candidate's Knowledge And Understanding Of The Industry And Its Complexities.
