Economics Data Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Economics Data Team Leader to join Bloomberg's Data & Analytics Department. The successful candidate will have a passion for data and analytics, deep understanding of economics, and a track record of success in leading teams.The Economics Data Team Leader is responsible for the management and development of the economics data team. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the data is accurate, timely, and relevant.To be successful in this role, we require:• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field• 5+ years of experience working in economics data management, analytics, and/or software engineering• A proven track record of leading and motivating teams• A deep understanding of economic principles and methods• Experience with relational databases and SQL• Strong organizational and communication skillsIf you have a passion for data and analytics and enjoy managing teams, we would love to hear from you.
